We know for sure that he's handicapped socially with all that pseudo-Carpathian nonsense, the Polonophile references, the unabashed admiration of the "old" South Africa and the rest of his corny schtick. I can't imagine how much an asshole he must be at social functions ... and he's a non-drinker, thank God.
I still wonder why he has dial up Internet access. Bizarre character ...

That's not what I was looking for but you're right of course. There's a short answer that starts with an M and ends with an ENTAL. Can you guess?

well, stances aside (South Africa was
THEN a first-world raising nation of economic means where the first heart transplant could be performed and
NOW a "developing nation" (as per IMF papers ) of much lesser means that perfectly fits within the third world), uncle Janko should remember South Africa was the only commonwealth nation to be in serious doubt about declaring war on Nazi Germany for obvious reasons...

The observations about modern South Africa by ham are on target. In addition to the aforementioned, South Africa is also the only country to ever give up nuclear weapons after acquiring the technology. Carl Reginstein or one of the other radical left-wing assholes may think that this is a good thing and the first sign that the "genie could be put back into the bottle." Fat chance; I'm wondering where all the South African nuclear scientists and technicians are now working? You can be sure that they didn't just say, "F*** it" and go work on a farm in the Free State! (Uncle J's favorite province in SA)
As far as Uncle Janko's shortcomings and personality defect, I forgot to list his habit of making reference to obscure Lutheran factoids and trivia, as well as being the final word on Lutheran theology. No disrespect to the Lutheran Church or Lutherans, but I would be hard pressed to name something that I have less of an interest in than the minutiae associated with Lutherans or any specific Christian denomination. It is a real snoozer.
Why doesn't he find a forum for like-minded Lutherans? (That's a rhetorical question. They already know he's an asshole and don't want to listen to him either so we're stuck.)
