Now is this really PhD level thinking? Rich Douglas believes his boss doesn't know what she's doing and needs an excuse. His boss doesn't have a PhD, came from the operations side of the house and has the same pay grade he has, all of which apparently makes her inept, inferior and "not an expert"--in his eyes.
So.....he puts it out on the internet where everyone in the world can read it.
Well let's just hope that nobody directs it to the Boss Lady's attention, or somebody might need to start tuning up that "expert" resume.
Not practical enough? Where would she get such an idea???

Just who is the Boss Lady anyway? Hmmmmm.....maybe.....

She got put in the position from the operations side of the house and we later got slid under her (even though we're all the same pay grade). Anyway, she occasionally refers to us as "the doctors," and it's meant to imply we're too theoretical and not practical enough. In fact, she just doesn't know what she's doing and needs an excuse. In reality, my colleague and I are long-time practitioners, not academics. It's one of those times I would just as soon not be called "doctor."http://www.degreeinfo.com/education-teac...tor-2.html
