Adjudicated civil rights violator and admitted pervert Alan Contreras has finally thrown in the towel. In fact, the deviant and Christian-hater gave it up back in April, but the good news is only now filtering through the internet.

Looks like he officially retired in July, but quit showing up at the office in April.
