It is about that time again. No, not the beginning of summer, though I'm happy it's here, but instead the period that follows another posting by Jimmy Clifton that he is once again contemplating a doctoral program of some type.

Hasn't this just played itself out yet? Can Stalkin' Steve, Lev, Noseburn and the others really muster enough interest to even post a response? They have but I'm somewhat numbed by this whole charade which we all know won't end until there has been all kinds of hand-wringing and public angst about the time/expense/effort versus the limited upside.
