I agree that Indian universities are more like the US Post Office or DMV as far as their business attitude is concerned. But, like UNISA, they are a good option for students looking for low-cost recognized degrees and can bear with the lack of support.
BTW, I just found out this organization which claims as study center for some legitimate indian universities.
