This is analogous to the FedEx situation:

P.O. Box 256
Pittsburgh, PA 15230
They want you to send them a letter to their post office box but they are unable to deliver your parcel to a post office box address. I understand the reasons why they can't deliver to post office boxes but you would think that someone in charge of FedEx Cargo Claims Dept. would have thought of renting a commercial mailbox that didn't have a PO Box address just for better public relations.
