I got an advertising page that usually shows up when people don't pay the bills. Maybe Chip could borrow a few bucks from Gus.

Invoking the name of Gus reminded me to check the Miami-Dade County recorder. No action against Homeless Gus in the last 6 months, at least nothing filed. Since he hasn't posted anything lately, maybe he's reformed and doesn't hate everybody who has a crappier education than his crappy education.
