If Okpala is having trouble with the concept of signing docs he's probably a little behind the curve on the concept of googling stuff you don't know. Here's a little help for him on serving his California defendants:

Note that out of state defendants can be served by registered mail, although as often as Goose gets sued I doubt he would fall for that. Even Doogle wouldn't be dumb enough to sign for a registered letter....would he?
