The mission of the NUways PT College has remained constant over the years.
Since the learning center only opened last fall I'm wondering if "over the years" is exactly what you meant. My concern as a potential student would be that people who seem to have trouble working a calendar properly or distinguishing between "years" and "months" or "weeks" might not be the best tutors on more advanced academic topics.
