Apollos University in Huntington Beach, California offers a DBA for $200/unit by distance learning. The school is an applicant for DETC accreditation.
Obviously no guarantee they ever will gain accreditation, but if you are the gambling sort this might be a good bet for a relatively cheap DBA.
