A brief search reveals that there are an astonishing number of public complaints about GCU online. Plus it appears there is also a class action in the works on behalf of shareholders of the company stock. Clearly GCU has some serious issues, but where is NCACS?

Good Luck with that. It seems that suites like this seem to drag on forever. The Kennedy-Western suite is still tied up in court. The actual school was dissolved and the suite against it's owners was dropped. Now the plaintiffs are suing Wells Fargo Bank which handled student loans to that school.
