Tuesday, October 24, 2006 ( 8:11 AM ) ... listening to local music last night my piano piece put me in a terrible mood! it is a piece of shit piece, namely the theme from titanic. i can play the right hand part, but i cant play it with the left hand part, also i think my hand is too small. this sent me into bummer space! this mood continued this morning when: 1. the slide earring sara made me broke 2. my bike basket was mysteriously tipped to one side. ok yes, it was like this yesterday, but i forgot to fix it, so i wore my bag to school, which wasnt that bad, i just looked CRAZY and then had to engage in awkward conversation with the school's bike man to fix it. despite this crappy mood. here are some hella good things: 1. girls stick together, my sister conspired with me when my little brobros were chasing me around the house, we barricaded (locked) ourselves in our room, they stuck paintbrushes in the keyhole, we studied hard! 2. german radio. usually, it sucks. oh man, does it suck so so so so hard. BUT a partir de huite heures on monday nights, on a station near FM 100, it's a nostalgic party. first, some pre-WWII songs and then some old school american stuff... the Ames Brothers were last night. that was cool. i need to find something sunny to do when it's cloudy outside. clg p.s. that song by cream, ''tales of brave ulysses'' makes me want to: a. read james joyce [read oodles and oodles here] b. never cut my hair xox # Sunday, October 22, 2006 ( 7:18 AM ) ... ach nee yesterday i got three pieces of mail! that was am besten! one of them was my absentee ballot. wut wut. hani bal is 9 today, we are celebrating, i made brownies and last night we had a sunglasses party. keep it real clg # Friday, October 20, 2006 ( 9:51 AM ) ... why you gotta say it if you know it's something wrong things i have learned: whistling things i am learning: german turkish cooking rollerblading hello self improvement and worthless blog post! # Monday, October 09, 2006 ( 2:58 PM ) ... i vote JA ok so today (ie 15 minutes ago) i decided to listen to the radio. it is pretty sweet. so i am flipping through stations and i found a russian station! so crazy! then i flipped some more and found a language that wasnt english but that i could understand anyway and i got excited for a second, but then i realized that it was german. dr dr drrr. now my brother daniel and i are listening to a hill billy show, it rocks! soon we are off to the east! much lud cordelia # |
