This is typical of his “research” methods.  Somebody he doesn’t know told him something that somebody else said to somebody and he guesses that he thinks he might have a vague idea.  Very authoritative, very scholarly, very persuasive (if you are retarded or work for the government.)  

And above all, who cares what sort of building they operate out of?  AMU’s HQ in Charles Town, WV is an old wooden house downtown.  UMUC operates out of a “conference center” across the street from UMCP.  CCU has run its business out of a crapped out building in downtown Santa Ana, CA for decades.  One of the key aspects of distance learning is that brick and mortar facilities (and the related overhead) are irrelevant.  Again, Gollin just doesn’t get it.  He focuses on things that aren’t important, and even then he can’t get it right.

Why does professor fifteen want to post a message by 'Cogito', but ends up posting one by 'Bellona'? Obviously because it escaped him at the moment how the 2 were supposed to be genuine, independent real people and not aliases operated by the same sick mind.

I am not sure what that is for, but it is not an official gouv.fr site, so it is just another directory anyone can be published on. If this is intended to prove any school's legitimacy, it fails. Listing known legitimate schools and toss in one or more dodgy ones -such as ESRDS- may fool the gullible, but won't change the facts:
1 Université francophone Robert de Sorbon alternatively called Ecole Supérieure Robert de Sorbon is an ASSOCIATION, not a university as the layman intends. It is on their very sites.
2 Its degrees are not equivalent to those from duly chartered, traditional French universities. Don't trust me. Ask your nearest French Embassy for a confirmation in writing.
3 As explained here, it operates in a 'gray area' exploiting legal loopholes...that is why it hasn't been shut down...yet.

I see Gollin is still pissing himself over his bogus alter ego getting deleted here.  

In the thread at DD about Woodcrest University there seems to be some of the usual guesswork and unsupported opinions that pass for "research" there.  The dumbass confab is interrupted by periodic irrational interjections from Gollin--not about Woodcrest but about this website, which as far as I can tell has nothing whatsoever to do with Woodcrest.  

Doing both a google search and using the site search engine I can find no thread here that even mentions Woodcrest.   Another fine example of Gollin's "research" skills.  

The others are politely ignoring him, sort of like when somebody farts in public.  But that’s pretty much what they do on all his threads.  

Gollin clearly has become so obsessed with DLTruth that he can't even function in the dysfunctional fantasy world of DD.

So much ado about a degree mill among the thousands out there. If I want a quick degree, ebay is the place.
And look at professor Fifteenboim...happy as a eight years old posting there ten times in a row...perhaps an extra dose of radiation at the lab might help...you struggle to make a difference between a gaming site for teenagers and the abode of DL authorities...in their own mind of course...
